I hope y'all can forgive me for this less than quality post, lol. I just wanted to share this new workout vid with you all to get that firm booty! I'm sure I'm not the only one, but I am really trying to hit the gym hard right now and get this bod into tip-top shape. It's a 5-step booty blast that will have those glutes looking like Kim K in no time, lol.
Here is a detailed discription-
15, kick backs (on each leg)
Start out on all fours and kick back one leg at a time. I started with my left leg. Kick your leg back to an "almost-straigh" position. Do 15 reps on each leg.
15, right angle lifts (on each leg)
Stay on all fours from your previous reps. Keep your leg in a 90 degree angle and lift it to the side. Do 15 on each leg.
5 butt lifts with 3 second holds in between (5x)
Lay on your back with your knees up. Lift your booty off the ground 5 times, and then hold up for three seconds. Do this 5 times (so that's a total of 25 butt lifts).
Sorry guys, I TOTALLY messed this up, haha.
20 side swipes (10 each side)
Put your booty and legs striaght up against the wall. Drop each leg out to the side 10 times, alternating legs.
10 stair steps
Take 4 baby steps up the wall, keeping your legs in a 90 degree angle. Your butt will be forced to lift off of the ground. Now take 4 steps down the wall, letting your booty and back reach the floor again. Do 5 reps starting with your right leg, and 5 reps starting with your left leg.
20 rocking butt lifts
Put your legs in a right angle against the wall, with your toes slightly lifted, and your booty off the ground. Lift your butt up, rocking onto your toes. This should feel like an easy rocking motion from your toes to your heels, BUT you will totally feel it in your booty!
Do 20 of these.
DO THIS ROUTINE TWICE!!!
By the end of the first run you will probably feel a little burn, but by the second go-round... WOWZA!!!! LOL. Yay for getting a rockin' booty in 2017! :)
